Therefore, that occasion also invited Mr. Antony Clark from Australian Embassy and Mr. Haryo Bimo Bramantyo, a representative from the East Java province government.
This year, Universitas Negeri Malang was appointed to be the host and head of the WAEJUC committees. This welcoming ceremony was beyond a ceremonial agenda. It was a great opportunity for Western Australia Students and East Java students, who rarely get a chance to learn this kind of thing. Other than that, Universitas Negeri Surabaya on that welcoming ceremony also facilitates both governments to have a seat and discuss future collaborations.
In the focus group discussion session, Mrs. Azizah, the vice-rector of development, planning, partnership, and Technology, said, "Universitas Negeri Surabaya will be very welcome to be the host for the upcoming meeting between East Java government and public universities in East Java to talk about further collaboration of WAEJUC.
