Unesa Global Students Scholarship (UGSS)
Unesa-GSS is a scholarship offered to provide a wide opportunity for international students to study at Unesa. Unesa GSS offers free tuition fee, living allowance, book allowance, and free language program (Bahasa Indonesia for Non-Native Speakers) for highly motivated international students. The scholarship is given for 5 years for undergraduate, 3 years for master and 4 years for Ph.D. under the condition the the grantees could maintain and manifest consistent academic standing. The scholarship include 1 year for Bahasa Indonesia program

Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must :
- Be non-Indonesian citizens (those who hold Indonesian citizenships are not eligible)
- Hold high school diploma for undergraduate/BIPA program
- Hold bachelor degree and/or master degree for postgraduate program
- Show a strong interest in seeking a full-time degree at UNESA
- Have preparation in, and a demonstrated commitment to the chosen field of study
- Be willing and able to attend an interview session in Indonesia or over a zoom interview
How to Apply
The enrolment is conducted online at the Unesa Admission System (https://ia.unesa.ac.id/page/apply) by uploading following documents:
- Behaviour Commitment statement letter
- Financial Commitment statement letter
- A scan of the official high school certificate (for the Bachelor program ) written in English/Indonesian language
- A scan of the official bachelor/diploma certificate (for the Master program) written in English/Indonesian language
- A scan of the official master's certificate (for the Doctoral program) written in English/Indonesian language
- Copy of most recent, less than two-year-old TOEFL or IELTS score report
- Two letters of reference, from lecturer/professor or work supervisor (For Master's and Doctoral degree)
- Curriculum Vitae
- A medical statement written in English/Indonesian language
- Color scan of valid passport (front and first page)
- A recent formal photograph (red background) 4x6 Visa size
Terms and Conditions
- The grantee is required to maintain a minimum Grade Point of Average (GPA) 2.75 out of 4.0
- The university could terminate the scholarship if grantee is failed to maintain satisfactory academic progress and/or violate the university rules.
- The grantee should repay the scholarship if he/she decides to terminate before the completion of the program
